Delivery
We ship to Lithuania; to Germany we ship only handmade teepees and mats. Every parcel is delivered by courier, with tracking: we send handmade products ourselves, and other products are shipped straight from the warehouse by our supplier via DPD or DHL. The exact delivery price is always shown in the cart before you pay.
- In Lithuania, delivery of handmade teepees is free.
- In Lithuania, delivery of other products costs €6. If your order contains both a teepee and other products, you pay a single €6 fee for the whole order.
- Delivery of handmade teepees and mats to Germany costs €25 per order.
When your order arrives
- Handmade teepees and play mats are sewn to order: we make them in 5–10 working days and then ship them.
- Other products are delivered in 3–5 working days.
Returns
You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
Important: this right does not apply to items made to order or clearly personalised to your needs (for example, a teepee in the fabric you chose). Such quality items cannot be returned (under the applicable consumer protection laws).
Faulty item
If an item has a defect, get in touch with us and we'll replace it or refund your money.
