This privacy policy explains how MILAshop handles your personal data when you visit the website and shop with us. What data we collect
Your first and last name, delivery and billing address, phone number, email address and order details. We need this data to fulfil your order.
How we use the data
To process your order, make and deliver the product, issue accounting documents and contact you about your order.
Who we share the data with
- Montonio Finance UAB, which processes bank and card payments. For card payments Montonio uses its partners Adyen and Stripe, so their security scripts are also loaded on the checkout page.
- Inbank, if you choose “Pay Later” or “Financing”: they receive the data needed for the financing decision.
- The parcel platform Alsendo and the courier service that delivers handmade products (for example, Smartposti): first and last name, delivery address and phone number.
- The product supplier that ships some products to you directly from its warehouse, and its courier services DPD or DHL: first and last name, delivery address and phone number.
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics visitor statistics), only if you have accepted statistics cookies.
- Competent authorities, where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep data for as long as needed to fulfil your order and for as long as the law requires (for example, for accounting documents).
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it or restrict its processing. To do so, write to info@milashop.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania.
Cookies
Essential cookies are always on, because the cart and checkout would not work without them. These are the WooCommerce cart and session cookies (woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, wp_woocommerce_session_*), the Montonio payment cookie montonio_tz, the Stripe security cookies on the checkout page (__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid) and the ms_slapukai cookie, which remembers your choice for 12 months.
Statistics cookies are set only when you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. These are the Google Analytics 4 cookies (_ga and _ga_N10QM15RQ8, kept for up to 2 years), which show how many people visit and which pages they view, and the WooCommerce order source cookies (sbjs_*, kept for up to 6 months), which show where you came to the shop from. If you click “Reject”, they are not set.
