Delivery
Orders are delivered by DPD courier with tracked delivery. Making it takes 5-10 business days, then the item is shipped. Free delivery within Lithuania.
Returns
You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
Important: this right does not apply to items made to order or clearly personalised to your needs (for example, a teepee in the fabric you chose). Such quality items cannot be returned (under the applicable consumer protection laws).
Faulty item
If an item has a defect, get in touch with us and we'll replace it or refund your money.
