General information
These terms apply to purchases in the MILAshop online shop. Seller: Aušra Jankauskaitė, sole proprietor (activity certificate No. 1467993).
Order
You choose the products, add them to the cart and place your order. The minimum order amount is €20.
Handmade teepees and play mats are made to order, so on the product page choose the fabric colour number in the “Fabric colour (no.)” field. You will find all colours on the page Fabric colours.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and are final. Payment is made through Montonio, by bank or by card. You can also choose “Pay Later” or “Financing”, which are financed by Inbank.
Making and delivery
Handmade products are made in 5–10 working days, other products are delivered in 3–5 working days. We ship products to Lithuania, and only handmade products to Germany; orders are delivered by courier, with tracking. Delivery prices are listed on the page Returns and delivery and are always shown in the cart.
Forming the contract
The sales contract is considered formed from the moment the order is paid and confirmed.
